The Bethania Street Project in Maesteg was one of CJ Construction's largest schemes to date.

Comprising of :

The demolition of an existing church, club and presbytery building.

The Design & Build of :

• 15 No. 1 Bedroom Flats over 3 floors.
• 3 No. 2 Bedroom Houses 
• 12 No. Stores
• 4 No. Garages
• Substantial ground stabalisation and sub-structural strengthening works.
• External works including parking facilities, gardens to front and rear of houses and landscaping to courtyard and extent of development.

This scheme for Valleys 2 Coast Housing was completed in November 2016.

As a maiden New Build Social Housing scheme for CJ Construction, the Bethania Street Project offered a huge amount of experience and we are very much looking to utilise the experience gained in forthcoming Social Housing schemes.
