In partnership with Melin Homes, the development on the Former Ysgol Panteg School site in Griffithstown, Pontypool comprises of the Design & Build of 7 No. assisted living facilities, complete with medical staff residential quarters allowing for a 24hr care facility.

The design team is headed up by Pentan Architects and Smarts Engineering.
