CJC's maiden new build development in partnership Coastal Housing consisted of the Demolition of a derelict stable block and the Design & Build of 6 No. Bungalows.

The development took place off Laurel Avenue in Baglan, Port Talbot and was presebted with a runner-up award at the Neath Port Talbot Council, Local Authority Building Control Awards.

The design team on this project consisted of Huw Griffiths Architects and CB3 Engineering.
