Working closely with City & County of Swansea, CJ Construction delivered the regeneration of Vivian Street and Pentremawr Road, Hafod, Swansea as part of the Hafod Regeneration Scheme.

The works included a variety of items including:

• The rebuilding of chimney stacks.
• Renewal of pitched and flat roof coverings including leadwork.
• Renewal of weatherboards and rainwater goods.
• External rendering.
• Stone re-pointing and cleaning.
• Window and door replacement.
• External wall insulation.
• Diamond bead cavity wall insulation.
